I am so happy that I am sobbing. I cannot believe that our country has grown up enough to elect a black man. I was fighting for civil rights back in 1968. This election just blows my mind.

I cannot stop crying. I marched in 1968 for civil rights. I live in atlanta where MLK began his campaign. I am so beyond touched I cannot see straight. We fucking have a black president. I am utterly amazed at the rightness of it.

It IS amazing! I too worked in civil rights (in Arkansas) in the 60's and am humbled and just blown away to have lived long enough to see this... ::weeps:: \0/
