Yesterday, I make sirloin steak with citrus salsa. Today, it's Moroccan chicken, something [livejournal.com profile] shrift pointed out last friday. I can tell that I'm getting back to training, as that's the only time lately that I want to cook. If I can't eat everything I want to, then I'm obsessed with thinking about food and cooking big meals that I will only eat small amounts of.

But wow, the house sure smells great.

Mmm, that sounds awfully good. We make something similar involving dried apricots, chickpeas, red bell pepper, and kalamata olives (and chicken breasts and broth, and a ton of lemon juice and thin lemon slices) -- we call it "lemony chicken," and eat it over couscous, and it's definitely a Moroccan-inspired sort of thing.
