I didn't try any other stories, but it sounds like I would have gotten different writers too. I may play with it myself.

Yeah. I picked up from [personal profile] mecurtin that the meme is designed to drive up hits to a vanity publisher, building their google ranking. I don't know much about SEO so I don't know how that would work, but I'm turned off enough to not want to use it now.
