you know, it could be that I'm just not good at processing new information, but having read the whole new to this page, I still can't figure out how to make a stub, etc. I will! Just-- not this week I suspect.

What I'd say to do is go to a page that has 'stub' in it, select the edit tab, and leave the window open. Then open a new tab, copy the old URL, and change the name of the page to the one you want it to be then hit return. Voila! New page in edit mode, copy the template you liked from the old page, paste it in the new, then edit it as you want.

I dunno how this is going to play in the house. "How was my day? Well, today I applied for a new job, put some of the clean clothes away, cleaned out the refrigerator, and refreshed the recent changes page on fanlore 1273 times." In a way, it's good that I haven't found a new job yet or I'd waste so much company time.

Yes, absolutely, me too. Since I'm on the committee, I'm a gardener, and so I have to do things like set up the redirects and make sure pages have categories and the like. But I can't seem to just stop there, and I just...keep adding bits.

I, too, keep refreshing recent changes, and looking at new pages. Maybe soon I'll stop worrying that I'll break the shiny if I add? (Perfectionism, BE GONE.)

Go for it! At this point, we're doing data dumps as things occur to us, then tuning it up after. It's all about the revision.
