Today's Hiking Trip: Remond's Watershed Preserve

We tried Remond's Watershed Preserve trails today, and did about 5 miles around the perimeter in about 2.5 hours. We encountered a few trail runners, a small boy scout group (3 or 4 kids, the scoutmaster, and a mom), plus a couple of other families, but we mostly had the place to ourselves. Beautiful forest, with lots of shade; it would be a great hike on a sunny day. It was still pretty nice on a cloudy day, and we had a lot of fun, just talking among the three of us (Ev, Lar and I). I'm very much enjoying this program to do more outdoors-ish things together.

Now for that bath, and then vidding this afternoon, yay!
