Let's talk cooking, shall we?

We are in the process of rescheduling/canceling our big trip to England in June, and I am pretty sad about that but I think it's for the best. I'm not sure what the summer or fall will bring, and planning for next year seems safe; I'm hoping that the canal boat rental company we have reservations with will make it through.
Meanwhile, we are all about the cooking! It's become a form of entertainment for us, and it's amazing the things you can make around the house. We made a vat of an simple chicken curry in the Instant Pot, and Lar tried his hand at Naan.
The recipe I used for the curry started with this:

I made a vat of it though, and modified it for the instant pot. Instant pot instructions came from this other recipe for butter chicken:

I liked the garam masala and smoked paprika idea, so I swapped those in for some of the curry powder when I put together the instant pot. Honestly, It came out great but the big hit was my husband's Naan:

He used the pancake griddle to make it, and it came out amazing. Huge hit with everyone, and quite easy to do. Highly recommend.
