It's Tour de Cure day

So this is it, guys. The ride to support diabetes research. The weather looks great, though hot. I'm only doing 45 miles, but it's hilly and I may die from sweating too much. At some point I will hit a headwind of about 9-10 MPH, but hopefully, it won't be too bad.

So I am off! Tell you about it on the flip side.

I survived! I was in recovery mode all weekend, so I got nothing else done, but I'm proud of finishing the ride.
