Where: Sammamish River Trail

End Time: 11:15?
How long: 1.15
On bike time: 1.03, avg speed 12.9 mph
Total Calories: Maybe 500 calories
First real ride after the STP, and it felt great to get back out on the trail. While this wasn't my fastest time ever for doing the trip to Woodinville, it was a pretty good time, for me trying to take an easy pace. I can see I have gotten faster, in general, and I'm going to try and put in an hour or two of cycling in on the weekends, just to keep up the pace. I'm thinking I may try to do the RSVP next year, since
shereld and her partner have set their sights on doing that ride, hills and all.
In which case....wow, I really am insane.
