2007 Bike Ride #1: Chilly, but not Hilly

Heart Rate: 149 avg, 173 peak
The temp was around 44 degrees, and I've always been firm about not going out if it was less than 50--but today was just a beautiful day. So I froze my ass off biking up to Bothell and back, taking the Lake Samm trail, and I think I am finally thawing out.
