I picked up Skyline with one of the free coupon codes I had for redbox. Wow. Amazing levels of badness. You know how sometimes where you write a story, it gets to the natural end point but it's such a downer that you push on to find something more upbeat? And you end up with a single scene that really spins off a whole new book, but you know it would take too much to do properly, so you just kind of end it there? And then upload it to the pit of voles under a pseud so no one knows you wrote it?

Yeah, the movie was kinda like that. If, you know, the rapture was really zombie aliens sucking people into the sky so they could eat their brains. And if brains came in pretty colors like orange and blue.

Read some very negative reviews on this. Like the acting and the characters were such that you just didn't care what happen to them. The only saving grace part were the special effects.
