Goal: Hill Simulation

The rides that I am planning all have some pretty good hills in them, 2 or 3 or more that are 600+ climbs.  So while I am still feeling pretty insecure about biking outside on my own, I am going to have to simulate climbing a hill .  This time I tried the following pattern:

warm-up: 5 minutes
Hill: 2 mins each gear from 1.3-1.7, 2.3-2.7, 3.3 - 3.7, then down 3.6-3.2, 2.7-2.3
Cool down: 5 minutes
