Unanswered First Lines of Songs Revealed

So last week I asked if people could recognize the songs from the first lines given and for bonus points, list a vid that they have seen to go with it. Most lines were answered, and in general, songs with vids were guessed more frequently than those without, but there were a few leftovers. The stubborn ones are revealed ( here )

Mythbusters at the Moore Theatre

I can't go, but apparently Adam and Jamie are going to be at the Moore theatre next weekend, doing their "Behind the Scenes" talk, complete with outtakes of things that went wrong. It sounds like a hoot.
