wickedwordsTwo very stressful things this past week: first, the layoffs that everyone knew were coming finally arrived, and both my husband and I survived. So yay! Still employed. How awesome.
Second, I had my five year post-treatment appointment with the oncologist yesterday, and for once there was absolutely no problem with my bloodwork or anything else. Everything looked great, and when I was asked if I wanted to keep seeing her for maintenance appointments, I said: "No."
So that's it! Done. Done. Done. Checked out and gone home, and hopefully I will never see her cute little elfin face again. The past few weeks I have been going crazy with this stuff, and now I am finally through it. W00t!
