This is a beautiful story, which I don't think I'd told you yet. And you made me care about Cadman! And since I've only seen "Duet" once that's pretty amazing to me. (I'd have watched it again but I recorded it on a bad tape. Grr. Poor Sandy--that was a night I was going to watch recent eps with her. I was like, "Uh, some of this has to be good, really...uh, no. Huh." *g*) What prompted you to write this subject, do you mind saying? :)

Sandy. *g* No, really. She sent me a snip of this one article she'd read, about a female MP in Iraq, with the comment "Makes you wonder about SGA, huh." And, well, it did. She's given me several ideas like that, but this was the first one that stuck and had to be written *right now*.

Oh, and we bought a DVD burner so I can try burning .avi versions of some of the season 2 eps for sandy. If it works, I may be able to burn you some to if you want. They'd only play on your computer, but you'd at least have them. No guarentees, though. We haven't set the thing up.

Aw. You're sweet. I'm not too worried. And sadly, my DVD player is dying. :P Zoe made me some Atlantis S1 DVDs, and one of them that I *know* played well a while back now won't play, and the first DVD from the Vividcon set also errors out. I am pretty sure it's the player. So I'm not too hopeful for any non-industry (?) DVDs right now. And, god, for someone who spends money like a crazy person, I really hate shopping for stuff where I have to think and decide and choose. And get in my car and drive it. I'm tired just typing about it. So anyway by the time I buy a new player S2 will probably be out on DVD. Heh. But still, if you accidentally trip and fall and make some DVDs, I wouldn't turn them down. *g*
